Stand with your bare feet on the ground, hip width distance apart, if you are in a climate that allows doing so, or in front of a window if you are in a part of the world that is currently covered in snow. If standing isn’t an option for you, sit with your back straight; in a chair or in a comfortable cross legged position on the floor.

Let your arms dangle at your sides, roll your shoulders on your back and let your gaze roll down the tip of your nose, or close your eyes.   Engage your core.

Breathe in through your nose, deep into your belly, and let your arms reach out and up above your head. Bring your palms to touch and look up. Exhale and let your arms float back down again to your sides.

Repeat.

Breathe in through your nose, deep into your belly, and let your arms reach out and up above your head. Bring your palms to touch and look up. Exhale and let your arms float back down again to your sides.

Feel the energy from the core of the earth rise through your breath and ground you fully into your being.

Feel the energy that you hold in your own core mesh with the energy that pulses through all of creation.

Feel the energy and let it offer a sense of calm.

Feel the energy and let it offer a place of strength that you can always return to.

Do this as many times as feels good in your body. When you are ready, breathe in deeply once more, raising your arms above your head and look up. When your hands come to touch, this time bring them down to heart center as your exhale, palms touching in front of your chest.

On your inhalation, breathe in light.

On your exhalation, let that light seep into the rest of your day.

On your inhalation, breathe in all of your possibilities for abundance.

On your exhalation, let those possibilities inform your choices.

On your inhalation, breathe in love.

And on your exhalation, let that love for yourself, for others and for the earth manifest into whatever you need it to be to walk with integrity and be part of the healing of the world.

Let your heart open to the beauty of the energy that surrounds you, and let that openness carry you on the winds of peace.

Namaste.
